For A Good Time in TriBeCa

On our way to the seminal sound arts projects by La Monte Young and Marian Zazeela, "Dream House", Megan and I stopped by a co-op like market-cafe called For A Good Time, 102 Franklin Street, TriBeCa, New York New York. Downstairs, there's an upscale fixed menu restaurant but on the street level is a more affordable cafe, bakery, flower shop, butcher, etc. At the cafe, Megan ordered the mushroom salad and I ordered five oysters on a half shell. Today, they had East Beach Blondes and I downed it with a Reed's Extra Ginger Brew. The oysters, fresh and cool, were delicious and disappeared instantly. How do they do that. it's a little sad.
