I had arranged to have brunch the morning I was heading back to LA with Emiko Atherton, the Director of Complete Streets. She said to meet her at the Coupe. I asked my friend Sojin about it and she said its great and they have a wonderful breakfast sandwich called the Bullfrog. So of course, I ordered the Bullfrog, cause Sojin knows her breakfast sandwiches and is a native of DC.
Bullfrog Breakfast Sandwich
Scrambled eggs, apple wood smoked
bacon, sharp cheddar, tomato, spinach,
and garlic aioli on an everything bagel,
with a simple salad — 13
It was AWESOME!!!!
