Spencer's for Steaks and Chops, Salt Lake City Utah

I got to spend some time with writer/ art historian Hikmet Loe last month. After our interview session, we decided to go get some food. She asked me what did I want too eat and I said steak. I thought we should celebrate her recent book, "Spiral Jetty Encyclo". She said that it's slightly odd but her favorite steak in the city is actually on the bottom floor of the local Hilton Hotel.
