Scafuri Bakery in Chicago IL

In the neighborhood of University Village/ Little Italy in Chicago, we were introduced to Scafuri Bakery, which is run by the third generation Scafuri baker. Absolutely a lovely place with so much history. We got a box of cookies which we ate at the meeting we were on our way to. The back story of this place is so sweet and they are part of a community revitalization effort in this area. I wish them the best off luck. The bakery alone can revitalize you well.
