Los Compadres in Mount Pleasant Washington DC

Whoops, I forgot to post this earlier. Rivaling as the or one of the best tacos in Washington DC, Los Compadres, 2103, 3213 Mt Pleasant St NW, Washington, DC 20010 is fabulous. I was staying two blocks away from this place so I ate there three times during my one week trip. The back story is this family use to have a less than legal establishment in an apartment complex not too far away from this brick and mortar. Not to brag but i actually was taken there a couple years back and it was amazing. In a one bedroom apartment, they laid out a long table and had guests eat in the living room. The food was phenomenal and they continue that level of home cooking at this place.
