Azla at Mercado La Paloma

My friends curated a film night at the Mercado La Paloma, located off the 10 Freeway near USC. Their are several great places to eat in this building. I decided to eat at Azla. I was at the archives at CalState Dominguez Hills where i'm doing a AIR right now and mentioned I was on my way to the mercado for a film screening. One of the archivists said she had a great Ethiopian meal last time she was there. I always heed the recommendation. The food was outstanding is a fresh and vegan kind of way. Eating with your right hand is usually a challenge for me but recently I injured one of my fingers so it was especially rough.
