Doubting Thomas on Temple/ Historic Phillipine Town
This place is so popular. Everytime I pass by, it seems to be packed. Once, I was supposed to have a meeting here but it was called off at the last minute. That would have been my first time there sn so that feeling of almost experiencing lingered for over a year. I was meeting someone in Chinatown and had an hour so I finally dropped by for brunch and got their most popular item on the menu, the burrito, appropriately named, the Doubtless Burrito.
This is an exceptional burrito with rich egg, crunchy bacon and delicious beans with a side of green sauce. It's grilled on the stove top to a crust but of course not burned. The result is this perfectly shaped hand food that's juicy and stout. The coffee added a bitter edge to this sweet experience.
