Best Damn Burrito on Washington

 There's one in Brooklyn NY, one in Beverly Hills and one at 4531 W Washington Blvd LA CA 90019. The name... You know, you're setting yourself up for failure or jokes or ridicule.

 Maybe they mean it like "don't take yourself so seriously." After all, best is subjective, of course. 

This maybe over thinking it but. Did this start in Brooklyn. By calling a burrito from Brooklyn, the best damn burrito, maybe this is the NY revenge for that article in the NY Times stating that the best bagels were now in Los Angeles?
