Flying Pig in Little Tokyo

Sauntering for a lunch place in Little Tokyo, in honor of our buddy, artist Wayne Perry, we came across the Flying Pig at 141 S Central Ave. LA CA 90012. Wasn't sure what this place was about but after going through their menu, they seem to be the culinary metaphor of the recent change in Little Tokyo. For instance, I ordered the L.A. Co Moco, get it? Rice, short rib chili, fried egg and beef patty.
