Saturn Lounge STL

 What I was told was that Saturn Lounge was created by a former local Radio DJ who had an enormous LP collection. He wasn't there this particular evening but both Bay Tran and Alexis Tucci mentioned Saturn Lounge in their interviews I conducted for my Counterpublic project.

It's located at 1915 Cherokee St, St. Louis, MO 63118 and DJ Michael Bishop brought me there while the sun was going down. It was warm enough that we sat outside.

The stereo system is based, I think, on an old Sansui system. Very nice. My guess is that the components are from the late 70's early 80's. Totally analog.

Bishop and i had a great conversation and we were anticipating the next day which was out big Upstairs Lounge reunion and After Party events. We'd been planning this moment. since March.
