Rosarito STL

 Rosarito Cantina is located at  1235 Washington Avenue, St. Louis.

This was my final evening in STL this time around and I got to spend time with chef and restauranteur, Bay Tran.

Rosarito is one of the few spots in DTL STL that is open a little later than most. I ordered a bowl of Pozole which was delicious and warmed me up.

Bay ordered tacos. It'd been five nights in STL and I got a lot done but my digestive system was stretched to the max so the Pozole was so perfect for me. The service is great and if I were just a little bit more normal, i think a margarita would have been sweet!
