Mi Cafe in K-Town

 Mi Cafe is located at 2789 W Olympic Blvd Suite 201, Los Angeles, CA 90006

The big white M Building  is on the northeast corner of Olympic and Catalina. Off Catalina is a large parking lot and parking facility.

In the past, i went to the shaved ice place on the same floor with Rafa Cardenas.

On this day, Jean P and I wanted coffee so we went here before we went shopping.

GREAT Coffee. they have these interesting acrylic sculptures that remind me of a place I worked at in the 80's called Art Services. We shared a mushroom croissant which was excellent and tasted like a pizza. 

The place was packed, i think we grabbed the last table. They usually have outdoor seating but because it was raining, the entire outdoor seating area was drenched, in fact, there was one guy who was squeegying the water on the patio floor into this one tiny little drain.

When architects design buildings in LA with the thought "it never rains in LA", they are either not from LA who don't understand how a desert works.
