Lady Byrd Cafe in Echo Park

 This location, as a neighborhood spot, tucked deep into the hills of Echo Park, has been serving the community for decades under various guises. It'd been at least two decades since i last paid this familiar secret a visit. This time, with the magical brilliance of Ms. Nora Kahn. She's become a semi-regular in recent weeks and suggested we meet here. I ordered the eggs benedict and a ginger-based super drink which in the context of this eatery, we c an call an elixir.

Any meal with Nora is filled with inspiration and jest and insight and information, maybe we can say "data", lol. I so enjoy spending time with Ms. Kahn. It's an absolute pleasure. The food and the service at Lady Byrd is excellent, as it would obviously have to be if someone like Nora frequented it.
