Quann Mii in Westminster CA

Quan Mii is located in Little Saigon at 9541 Bolsa Ave, Westminster, CA 92683. I went my myself. For the most part I thought I did alright in terms ordering dinner. The descriptions for each dish were great. The technique of dipping the sheet of rice wrap in water and then making a spring roll was tough. I think i destroyed two of them before i could figure it out. I tried to discretely watch folks at other tables doing it but it's a skill, fo sure.
