Nary Dairy, incredible creamy dip

OK, first of all, I know, I should have taken a picture before I started eating this but I couldn't help it. Today, artist Lois Keller came by and brought a sample of her new goods. The company is Nary Dairy and their cheese-like dip is cashew-based with dill and lemon. Great stuff and I am looking forward to tasting the other flavors.
