Marko's Breakfast & Dinner in Temple City

 I was in Temple City yesterday morning and had time for breakfast after an appointment. It was my first time at Marko's. At first I didn't know what to make of it but i walked in and they were very welcoming. The menu is a mix of traditional American breakfast and Mexican items so I ordered the Huevos Rancheros. The sauce saturated eggs, chilies and tortilla was very good but the rice was incredible. It was like a pilaf rice cooked in a chicken stock. I also appreciated the five tortillas. Usually you get two or three but at Mark's you get five. The coffee was delicious. I forgot to ask what they were brewing. next time.
