Roti Bakery in Hiroshima Japan

This was the bakery closest to our apartment in Hiroshima two weeks ago. Roti Bakery is a neighborhood bakery located at 1 Chome-7-2 Sakaimachi, Naka Ward, Hiroshima, Hiroshima Prefecture 730-0853, Japan. Again, fine flour so the bread has that soft bite. I tried the bagel and it is odd to bite into a bagel with no give. Having been in NY weeks before, it was disappointing but of course they make it to the Japanese palette and not the Y palette. Ha ha. The coffee comes out of coin machines, which is odd since there are a number of high end coffee places around now.
