Sugarfish in Downtown LA

Trusting my instinct and chance, walking down 7th at lunch and I saw "Sugarfish" and I just walked in with no idea what it was. Sugarfish is a chain sushi shop but with a mid-range price with an above average presentation. On the menu, a sort of omakase, "Trust Me", "Trust Me Lite", and "Nozawa Trust Me". I chose Trust Me and wow it was delicious. There's such a joy about getting one serving at a time, focusing on the aesthetics, the freshness and the delight of the palette.
