All Kinds of BBQ at the Irwindale Speedway

Irwindale, known for several things; the Serrachi plant, quarries, and the Irwindale Speedway. I went, for the first time, to the Speedway, actually, it was the Drag-strip. This is where amateurs can race down the strip. It was awesome to watch. They had several food booths there and I chose All Kinds of BBQ and ordered the brisket. It was delicious and was a lot of fun just soaking up the culture of the Speedway with BBQ.
