Fusion Burger in Highland Park

In between appointments, I wanted a burger. I had been told of this place by several friends in the past several years and picked it for a quick lunch. I got the "Mexican" burger. What makes it Mexican? Meat is Al Pastor but what was up with the pineapple? It was delicious and not heavy, which was great, cause I had that meeting next. 5933 York Ave Los Angeles CA 90042

al pastor is the meat slices that they cook stacked on the vertical spindle with the heat from the sides and back. At the top of the spindle is pineapple rings. The pineapple juices flow down into the meat and is supposed to tenderize the meat.
