Kite-ya yakitori in Hiroshima Japan

After a full day of meetings, I found myself walking back to my AirBnB. it was dark, a little chilly and windy. I eyed KITE-YA since day one and walked in. Now, in hind-sight, I am not sure why I didn't order any Kushiyaki? I was in the mood for ramen and that's what I ordered with a side of dumplings.

These fried dumplings wrapped in shiso leaves were amazing. The ramen was delicious and warmed me up.

It turned out I walked in a half hour to closing so timing is everything.

It was my final night in Hiroshima and a perfect way to cap off the short visit.
