Croquette / KO RO KE/ Shibamata Station, Shibamata Tokyo Japan

 Shibamata is famously the neighborhood of the Tora-san Museum. Tora-san is the main character of the Guinness Book of World Record for longest film series with the same actor as the main character, OTOKO WA TSURAI YO (It's rough to be a guy).

Almost directly in front of the Shibamata Train Station are near-life size bronzes of Tora-san and his enduring little sister, Sakura.

Almost directly near these statues is this famous croquette stand.

When I saw it, I couldn't help but see a color photo of one of the members of the Japanese Comedy duo "Sandwich Man". WAIT! I think I saw this on YouTube back in Los Angeles.

Yes, this Ko Ro Ke is famous and naturally, I ordered the one Sandwich Man ate on the show. It was crunchy on the outside, hot and meaty on the inside. I could have eaten three more. As I am posting this, I wish I had one to eat right now.
