置賜町８－６ふくしま屋台村こらんしょ横丁, Fukushima-shi, Fukushima, Japan, this tiny, almost shack like shop is where you can get a hot bowl of ramen that is absolutely an artform. It's delicious especially given the evening chill. The soup is deep and exceptional, the fixings are fresh and bouncy and the noodles are unique and crafted. If someplace like this were to open near my house in Los Angeles, I would go once a week if not more.
