Tamale Man in Carson CA

Even though I've been in residence at CalState Dominguez Hills for over a year now, I rarely get to hook with my cousin's who live in Carson. So, finally we got together for dinner. My cousin Kazu is also a foodie so of course he's going to introduce me to an amazing place. Kazu said that this owner used have a food cart business and was so popular, he was able to open this brick-n-mortar in Carson. It's a family run business. Tamale as an art form. Just thinking about it as a write this is making my stomach make noises. I'm hungry..... This is an amazing place. Almost as amazing as my cousins.
