Hummus Factory in El Segundo

I like the word hummus. It sounds like a character from H.R. Pufnstuf. (????) This was the 2nd or 3rd time I went to El Segundo to go see a show at the El Segundo Museum of Art and it was closed. I keep forgetting they are only open Thursday, Friday and Saturdays. Well, it was lunch time and so I checked out Hummus Factory, 204 E Grand Ave, El Segundo, CA 90245. i recently heard on .... was it radiolab? or maybe gastropod? anyway, a study claims that the mediterranean diet is the healthiest. Maybe? So that's the reason I chose this place. I don't think I have ever had a bad mediterranean meal. Some have been fresher than others but never a bad meal. This place, accordingly, this was not bad.
