Equelecua Cuban Vegan Cafe in Inglewood CA

Several months ago, I had the deep luxury of a visit by Mallory and Andy. it was an unusually cold day in LA. in the photo, you can see by what we're wearing and sort of shivering. They are vegetarians and through my YELP research i found Equelecua Cuban Vegan Cafe, 1120 W Florence Ave, Inglewood, CA 90301 Vegan and Cuban seemed like an oxy moron but the reviews were all favorable so i scheduled for them to meet me there. We were the first one's there before they opened and it was fairly sunny at first. We sat at a table in the backyard area. After we ordered the food, all of a sudden, the clouds came, the wind came and the temperature dropped but by then all the seats inside were taken. The coffee helped as did the laughter. the food came out. it was hot at first but within minutes they were plates of cold food. it was comical. However, the food was excellent. The service was a also good although we felt stranded in the cold. we were the only one's out there. it was hilarious.
