Yucca Valley Outpost Vegan Restaurant

 Yucca Valley Outpost, 5231 Twentynine Palms Highway, Yucca Valley, CA 92284. I actually can't remember what I ordered but it was an eggplant -based dish with salad. The shake was a protein shake. it was all delicious but I think I was exhausted from the whole trip and sort of dazed off eating this lunch before my drive back to LA. I also bought their Jasmine tea which was excellent. I will say the meal was wonderful and just light enough to not fall asleep at the wheel but filling to not need anything for several hours.
