Aquarela in LA Chinatown

 Aquarela has at least 2 stores in LA. Their beans are sourced in Brazil, from Brazil and they roast the beans here. I think the server we meet at this store was actually from Brazil. She was very cool and explained the store concept to us. However, it was a hot afternoon so Stephanie from Side Street Projects and I ordered a coffee shake. it was delicious. Located at 714 N Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90012, they are next to the theater that's been repurposed.
