Tortilleria Restaurant on Pico Blvd

Tortilleria Restaurant is located at 4000 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90019 in a mini mall that includes the famous Jay's Market. That's one of the markets in my neighborhood that was in flames during the LA Insurgence in 1992. This restaurant is located next to Jay's, which is of course back and thriving now. The tacos were delicious. My problem is I still don't speak Spanish. It's embarrassing. I've lived in LA all my life. Hopeless. I took Spanish in High School and got D's. I'll have to brush on my vocabulary if I intend to go back here. lol
