Eddie's Napoletan Pizza pop up

 In the age of pop ups, public engagement art and food porn, we present the great LA-based artist Ed Giardina (Finishing School). About a year ago, Ed started taking courses in Napoletan Pizza making. Here's his IG: https://www.instagram.com/eddiegiardina/ . I finally caught up with him at artist and curator Badly Liked Bear's summer party. Needless to say, Ed's pizza and exceptional. I really love his crust. So lovely. He's still tweeking everything so i look forward to enjoying another meal of this wonderful art project.
