Veronica's Kitchen Inglewood CA

 West African or Nigerian Cuisine, Veronica's Kitchen was an amazing first forray into this delicous and deeply hearty experience of stews, spices and meats.

Located at 524 W Manchester Blvd, Inglewood, CA 90301, I went with my friends Jean and Leslie who I volunteer with for Asian Americans Justice & Innovation Lab.

We were very excited to find this place and learn and eat.

 Red Stew with Fish. You can choose any meats but Veronica recommended the fish. it was perfect. Plantains, Jollof Rice, Fu Fu and Egusi.

It helped to get Veronica's kind coaching. We were clueless and she sensed it the moment we walked in.

It is an amazing place with food that will bear hug you.

We also shared a Nigerian beverage that is slightly fermented, hence like-alcohol.

Would like to go back someday and try other items on the menu for sure.
