Melange a hot souce from Koreatown
Many of you might know of Michael Melange AKA Michael Lee as a DJ but did you know he makes an amazing hot sauce? It is truth!
I had the honor of being one of his first artist to throw art on his label. Everytime he makes a batch in his little kitchen, he asks an artist design the label.
The newest version was so fresh out the lab that there was no label but it was a delicious brew. The original Michael Melange hot sauce was fairly similar to a Siracha blend but of course different. This new bottle was completely different, smooth, slow burn with a initial sweet tease.
