Salsabor Restaurant on Venice Blvd near Western

Salsabor Restaurant is located at 2262 Venice Blvd, LA CA 90006. It's been around for at least two decades and has been a staple in the El Salvadorean community.

They have an extensive menu of excellent savory traditional dishes.

On this day, I ordered the Relleno de Ejote which I never had.

It was an amazing lunch of tender coated chilles. the beans and rice cooked to perfection and of course the El Salvadorean style tortillas which were so fluffly.

Even though it was a weekday, the place was packed for lunch.

It's a privilege to be able to have this level of quality and hospitality in your own neighborhood.
