Quat Coffee and Gift Shop between Atwater and Glendale

 Quat Coffee located at 3030 Dolores St, Los Angeles, CA 90065 is now open. It's the Kumquat/ Loquat folk. In this plaza, slightly tucked away adjacent to The Pit Gallery and Feminist Center for Creative Work, just north of San Fernando Avenue.

These guys have always been posh. Remember Posh Spice? It's like that over here but coffee.

I went several weeks ago when it was their soft opening. When did the concept of soft opening start? There were a lot of people sipping their coffee and looking at their laptops or phones. FCCW and the retail store were closed. I don't know the name of the retail clothes. i think they sell femme apparel.

The coffee was of course delicious. This building houses Kumquat's roaster I believe. Before I got there, having been there for several FCCW events, I was wondering how will they get customers given there's no actual foot traffic to speak of.  Well, no worries there. I think there's enough businesses and organizations in the complex. Yay!
