Penguin Fish and Chips on Pico Blvd

 

When I visited Rick at Residency Art gallery in Inglewood, he said that his favorite fried shrimp was Penguin's at 5952 W Pico LA CA 90035.

The Crew at Penguins is really great. I enjoyed the Jumbo Shrimp plate with a hushpuppy and fries.

It was a lot of food. i had to take the rest of it home only it didn't make it home, i was so full.
