Truc Lam STL

 C and M introduced me to one of the beloved Vietnamese spots in STL. Truc Lam is located at 3737 Gravois Ave, Saint Louis, MO 63116. It did not disappoint. i ordered the vermicelli with BBQ beef. C got the Pho we shared spring rolls. My drink was a salty lime soda, excellent!

The decor was homey and DIY. I really liked the stencil spray painted light covers. It's one of those DIY details that has this aesthetically pleasing vibe that's hard to explain. The calendar was the biggest I'd ever scene for this very Asian common format.

We were so full afterwards. This was the last night in STL for me for this trip. My suitcase was in B's SUV. Driving to the airport, we passed over a bridge and got this shot of the moon and the arc.
