Virgil Cafe on Virgil/ East Hollywood

I've passed by this place many many times going through Virgil. Sometimes there's a lot of people inside and sometimes there's no body in there. I mention that because across the street is SQRL and that place is very popular.  Also creative bagel is always busy when they are open. SO what's up with this place?

It turns out they serve Mexican Food, this wasn't apparent until i walked in and read the menu.

I asked what they recommended and the said the Chilaquilas and the burrito, their signature meal.

The burrito was very good. It cost over $20 for this burrito.

That's a lot of money for a burrito. it has to be exceptional, like the Wagu Beef Burger at Surfas.

I don't think Iwill ever crave this burrito. My fav burritos are like the green chili burrito at Al & Bea's or the egg. and chorizo burrito at King Burrito.

I wish I could say it was worth the $20+. They were super nice too. But I can't say that. So sad.
