Maple restaurant in San Diego
Luckily, my friends Caitlin and Bill were available for dinner and they suggested their favorite spot, Maple.
Maple is located at 1452 Washington Street, San Diego CA 92103-2615. It's on the Michelin map and is a fancy place that welcomes you from the get go.
Caitlin said she always orders the Prime Rib so all three of us ordered the same thing. I got mine medium rare. i always order medium rare. I also got a red wine from Rhone, i always enjoy grapes from Rhone. Something about that part of France vibes with my soul.
For dessert, the apple pie, which was fabulous.
I'd like to brag a little here:
We arrived right when they opened. We were the first customers, starting around 5PM. We were also the last to leave when they closed around 10PM. In other words, we had a great time and the Maple staff let us have a great time. I was really surprised that five hours past.
