Cognoscenti Coffee Roasters in DTLA

 My friend and audio guru Paul Chavez asked me to join him in a meeting in the Garment District. The meeting was in a gallery space with no ventilation so I asked if there was place we could get a cold drink and off we were to Cognoscenti Coffee across the street, 1118 San Julian Street, LA CA 90015.

I've been to their location in Culver City many times but had no idea this one existed. This is also where they roast their coffee.

I got a charcoal coffee drink. The dried orange was delicious. It's candy.

The drink was gone in a matter of minutes. I think i was dehydrating in that little gallery space we were in.
