Number One (# 1) Pho in Cleveland Ohio

 Nestled in the Asia-Town of Cleveland is Number One Pho. 

AJ Kluth explained to me, that the pandemic saw a lot of places closing during this international pandemic but this place survived and rightly so! It's a family run spot with excellent items.

The dumpling soup (is this a Pho? I don't think so) was hot and mega-savory. Not a drop survived. The beef roll was wonderful too. I'm glad we went here. It was the only Asian food i had during my 4 night stay in Cleveland and I was grateful to savor the families genius.
