Larder Deli in Cleveland OH

AJ Kluth, several years into his residence and vocation in Cleveland, was a wealth of knowledge about Cleveland and perhaps more specific, introduced me to a lot of delicious meals.

Larder, a Jewish Deli in an area that has steadily been in redevelopment, is a very popular spot for a well crafted meal.

My Rubens and Matzo Ball soup were so wonderful, unique and rich.

The Matzo Ball soup reminded me of borscht, with that liquified red cabbage and slightly sour hue. The matzo ball was tender and not too filling.

The Reubens was simple, pure, a thinner cousin to like a Langer's or Canter's Reubens.
