La Favorita Tortilleria in East LA

 Driving around in East LA the other morning I was hungry and drove past this place I'd never been to or heard of. La Favorita Tortilleria, 600 N Brannick Ave, East LA CA 90063. The place is mostly kitchen with a small room in front with all the amazing goods; pan dulce, meats, chips, tortillas, drinks, etc.

I ordered two tamales, a cheese and a pork tamale. That was the selection that morning. I also got some nopales. The image on the bottom is what I did with everything once I got home. There's no where to sit inside. It's all to go. 

The staff here was very friendly and welcoming. They said to come again and I will.
