Truffle Brothers on Washington Blvd east of Crenshaw Blvd.

 I've been waiting to go to this place for years. Jack came over to help me with de-installing the Mel Chin installation in the K-Town Butterfly Sanctuary. So tired but feeling like we accomplished something, cause the Mel Chin installation had been in their for ten years, celebration, celebration, celebration.

Truffle Brothers is located at 4073 W Washington Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90018. The back story is two brothers from Italy created their dream and family recipe restaurant; Truffle Brothers.

Jack and I shared a gnocci dish and pizza. Jack's lactose intolerant but for some reason he always grins and bare's it when we have lunch. He has those lactate pills but still.

What made me super happy was the beer. This is the brand I drank when I was in Barcelona for 6 weeks over ten years ago. Estrella sponsored almost every other art event i saw in Barca.

The pasta is handmade as you can see in the photos. it's specatacular.
