I don't think I've ever had this dish. This dish centers around rice noodles in a beefy broth. Miàn is a wheat-based Schuan style noodle. At Noodleholic, they make a fresh batch everyday.

Noodleholic has been around for about four years now and sits in a mini mall at 3502 E Grant Rd, Tucson, AZ 85716. There's one other location in Tucson.

Homemade noodles are always a pleasure to eat and this is no exception. They lay in the broth with body and flavor. It was a delicious experience. The beef shanks are amazing. So rich and creamy. The portions are hearty and unusually I couldn't finish me broth. i was so full and happy.
