At 2324 Shelby Street, Indianapolis IN, is the place that blew me away during my recent trip to Indiana. Why? first of all, these folks are roasting their own beans and it is superb! The vibe inside is a solid balance between welcoming, coffee posh and educational. Above all, this may have been my favorite Cortado ever. I went twice during my three night stay and am looking forward to visiting sometime in the future which is going to happen because I've started a project/exhibition with the neighboring Tube Factory Art Center. YAY!!!
