Baekjhong in Torrance

 Baekjhong is located at 1725 W Carson St, Torrance, CA 90501-2824.

Artist Yoshie Sakae invited me to the MFA Fine Arts exhibition at UCLA. By the time we got back to Gardena, not much was open except for her favorite Korean BBQ shop. This was my first time at Baekjhong.

The food was great but the odd melting of cheese in the perimeter of the stove was weirdly fun to eat.
