Sagebrush Cafe in Quartz Hill CA

On my first field trip with Chris of the LA County Library, we went to go visit the Quartz Hill LA County Library. I had never been to Quartz Hill. We got there a little early, after what seemed like a really long drive. This library is the most north-located branch of all 84+ branches and it sure felt like it. The late morning was very hot and dry. You could almost hear the tumbleweed rolling across the street. We found this coffee shop to gather ourselves before our meeting. This was the perfect intro to Quartz Hill. The Sagebruch Cafe, 42104 50th St W, Lancaster, CA 93536. The address says Lancaster but it's Quartz Hill. This is a wonderful community spot, with an art gallery, savory snacks and nourishing coffee.
