Holbox at the Mercado de Paloma

Holbox, (@ Mercado la Paloma), 3655 South Grand Avenue #C9, Los Angeles, CA 90007. This is an exceptional seafood place located amongst the many stalls at Mercado la Paloma. On this day, I was visiting The Portal, an international network of re-purposed shipping containers that are retrofitted for a video teleconferencing system so that communities all over the world can communicate with each other as a cultural exchange/ public engagement community. Holbox was highly recommended and rightly so. An EXCEPTIONAL seafood place. The sauces are incredible, the freshness of the ingredients and fish/ shell fish will blow you away and the presentation is just enough sophistication to make you feel like something special is happening and "yes' it is.
