Los Originales Tacos Arabes in Boyle Heights

With LA sonic icons Carl Stone, Roland Kato and the impeccable William Roper, we went searching for the popular Los Originales Tacos Arabes. There's a whole backstory to why Middle Eastern culture and Mexican culture had a connection but what's important is this amazing hybrid of seasonings and spices on the meats. Very delicious and simple and exact taste that is, for lack of a better word, clean? There were bouquets of this green herb that we were told be the regulars enhanced the taste of the cheese and it did.
