El Loco

El Loco is in a mini-mall next to the soon to open Metro Atlantic Station which is at the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Third Street in East LA. It was 10:30 AM and I was really hungry. I asked what their most popular item was and they said, "The El Loco Burrito". I noticed it was $1 more than the other burritos. I ordered it of course. It was filled with a Chile Verde Carnitas that just melted in your mouth, a chile relleno, and some beans. WOW, it had been a while since a burrito kicked my butt. I was in a zone; sweating, speechless, huffing and puffing. That was AWESOME!!!!!
